Fatmeh Ramadan graduated in Nursing Sciences in 2005 and began teaching at a nursing institute in 2006, becoming its student coordinator three years later. In 2016 she completed a master's degree in Gerontology, and in 2017 she became head of the nursing sciences lab, where she keeps developing how nursing is taught. She joined 4Finance as a coordinator on its program with ANERA and UNICEF, supporting students in her region and guiding them toward the right work.
